Teach For LiFE is our hub for initial teacher training and early career teachers.

As a Trust we believe that if you experience connected training at the start of your career you will be empowered to teach for life and, we hope, teach for LiFE Multi Academy.

We are a SCITT delivery partner for Teach First and a lead partner for NITE. We also recruit through Leicester and Loughborough Universities, aiming to offer all routes into teacher training tailored to your individual context as a learner, covering a breadth of curriculum areas and key stages.

Through collaboration with our school communities, we offer an authentic and supportive provision where all facilitators from Lead Mentors to Subject Specialists, are expert classroom practitioners. All maintain a teaching timetable; we walk the walk alongside you and have a genuine understanding of all aspects of a career in teaching. 

Many have had focused careers leading and developing learning and teaching in current educational contexts. This means we work with integrity and innovation to drive both trainee and student experience. We aim to inspire through our passion for pedagogy and ensure those we work with achieve their potential and thrive.

Placements and mentors are aligned to ensure the best opportunity for recruitment into the trust and through your ECT years where our team will continue to train you.

Our provision is situated in our bespoke learning spaces in the Teach For LiFE Hub and throughout our schools. This allows you to be embedded in what it means to teach for LiFE. By using our own creative spaces, and lead team of facilitators, this ensures the training is connected to gain knowledge, understanding and to build the character for a career in teaching.
